Rooted in Arkansas Industry.
Built for Execution.
I physicalize strategy through rigorous operating cadences. I founded Uplida in Arkansas with a singular directive: to install the management rhythms, financial discipline, and technological infrastructure that regional businesses need to scale. When local industry professionalizes and expands, the entire state economy strengthens.
Uplida serves strictly as an embedded execution partner. I work directly alongside founders, private equity sponsors, and enterprise leadership teams to turn capital priorities into measurable physical progress.

A Generational Commitment to Manufacturing
My commitment to the Arkansas industrial landscape is deeply personal and generational. Both of my great-grandfathers were leaders in local manufacturing. One operated a high-volume broom factory on Front Street in Dardanelle, Arkansas, famously selling popcorn to neighbors from the front of the building. The other ran a regional sawmill, turning raw timber into foundational building materials.
The fundamentals of building a durable, scalable business have not changed since their time. You must take pride in your physical output, stay relentlessly close to the customer, and maintain a disciplined approach to daily improvement.
Forged on the Plant Floor
My operational baseline was built directly on the plant floor. I learned the physical realities of production and logistics firsthand through early foundational roles at Cloyes Gear Company and the Tyson Foods Distribution Center. Navigating heavy automotive manufacturing lines and high-volume cold-chain environments forged my understanding of industrial friction.
Enterprise Data & AI Architecture
Scaling an industrial operation requires more than physical labor; it requires rigorous data governance. I spent years engineering enterprise data systems and commercial architecture across Walmart Information Systems, Alltel Wireless, Acxiom, and Merkle.
Managing complex data environments for these global entities honed my methodology for enterprise system modernization. It also established the technical foundation I use today to develop practical AI strategies and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) within industrial environments. I do not view technology as an IT function. I view it as a structural requirement to accelerate administrative capacity, clean overlapping M&A data, and increase total enterprise valuation.

Executive Leadership & M&A Execution
I combined this deep technological expertise with my operational roots when serving as President and Chief Growth Officer of CFS Technologies. In this executive capacity, I directed the commercial strategy and operational integration across a robust portfolio of industrial equipment brands, including Knight Equipment, Lafferty Equipment, and Lavo Solutions.
During this tenure, I also spearheaded the strategic acquisition and integration of Meritech. Managing this specific M&A roll-up reinforced my exact understanding of what private equity sponsors and corporate boards require to convert acquired regional assets into unified, high-margin platforms. I founded Uplida to apply this exact spectrum of C-suite knowledge, data discipline, and operational rigor to your business requirements. It was this experience that shaped what Uplida is today.
Our Industrial Ecosystem
I serve as the execution engine for Arkansas manufacturers and the expanding food and beverage ecosystem. My operational leadership directly supports regional processors, co-packers, packaging and labeling facilities, bottling and filling operations, ingredient suppliers, commercial breweries, and wineries. Expanding my scope beyond traditional production floors, I manage rapid site activation for high-capacity data centers and heavy infrastructure deployments.
Grounded in grit, integrity, and absolute accountability, I help organizations operate smarter and accelerate their capital returns. This is where I live, where I build relationships, and where I invest in long-term industrial success.
Uplida is a commitment to strengthening Arkansas through aligned, high-performing business operations.
