I help organizations turn complexity into clarity and strategy into measurable progress. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, go-to-market execution, customer success, marketing, enablement, and transformation. I partner with leaders who need more than ideas alone. They need someone who can see the bigger picture, align teams around what matters, and step in to help move the work forward.

I bring over two decades of experience across data technology, martech, agency sales, consulting, customer success, growth operations, and technology-enabled services. My work bridges strategy and execution, from GTM planning, content systems, and sales enablement to brand consistency, operational process improvement, and practical business transformation.

I began my career in technology, pre-sales solutions, enterprise sales, and client-facing delivery, where I saw firsthand how often good strategy breaks down in execution. Growth stalls when ownership is unclear, processes are fragmented, messaging lacks alignment, and systems do not reflect how teams actually work.

That perspective shaped the way I lead today. I do not see strategy and execution as separate disciplines. The strongest strategies are those that can be operationalized, communicated clearly, and carried out in the real world.

My Work

Over the course of my career, I have led enterprise relationships, shaped growth strategy, built operating structures, and supported cross-functional initiatives designed to improve retention, expansion, customer outcomes, and commercial performance. I have worked across finance, pharma, life sciences, CPG, automotive, telecom, retail, insurance, travel and hospitality, enterprise data, and technology-enabled service environments.

Today, through Uplida and GTMxLan, I work with transformation-stage organizations that need both strategic direction and practical follow-through. I help leaders strengthen business strategy, modernize go-to-market execution, improve customer success practices, and prepare teams for more AI-enabled ways of working without losing sight of customer value and business results.

I am at my best when the work requires both sharp thinking and real output.

I also publish Arkansas Industrial Times, a developing platform focused on business, industry, market insight, and economic growth in Arkansas. It reflects my broader interest in practical thought leadership and the role strong execution plays in helping companies, communities, and markets grow.
