I’m Lan (Pronounced: Land but skip the d)

Bold ideas and Real impact.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution.

I help organizations turn complexity into clarity and strategy into measurable progress. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, go-to-market execution, customer success, marketing, and transformation. I partner with leaders who need more than ideas alone. They need someone who can see the bigger picture, align teams around what matters, and step in to help move the work forward.

My background spans customer success, growth operations, GTM enablement, product commercialization, and business transformation across enterprise data, martech, telecom, and technology-enabled service environments. Over the course of my career, I have led enterprise relationships, shaped growth strategy, built operating structures, and supported cross-functional initiatives designed to improve retention, expansion, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.

I began my career in technology, pre-sales solutions, enterprise sales, and client-facing delivery, where I saw firsthand how often good strategy breaks down in execution. Growth stalled because ownership was unclear, processes were fragmented, messaging lacked alignment, and systems did not reflect how teams actually worked. That perspective shaped the way I lead today. I do not see strategy and execution as separate disciplines. The strongest strategies are those that can be operationalized, communicated clearly, and carried out in the real world.

My Work

That belief has defined my work ever since. I have built and scaled operating models inside complex organizations, including global GTM operations, customer-facing support structures, enablement programs, commercialization frameworks, executive review cadence, and leadership reporting. I have worked across finance, pharma, life sciences, CPG, automotive, telecom, retail, insurance, and travel and hospitality, helping teams align customer needs, internal execution, and commercial priorities.

Today, through Uplida, I work with transformation-stage organizations that need both strategic direction and practical follow-through. I help leaders strengthen business strategy, modernize go-to-market execution, improve customer success practices, and prepare their teams for more AI-enabled ways of working without losing sight of customer value and business results. My work includes customer success strategy, support workflows, triage and escalation models, KPI design, knowledge center strategy, team coaching, pitch decks, pitch theater, GTM training, thought leadership, website and content direction, and cross-functional operating rhythm.

I am especially effective in environments where growth, customer value, technical complexity, and organizational change are all in play at once. I bring executive-level thinking, but I am also comfortable rolling up my sleeves to build the deck, refine the message, shape the one-pager, support the website, create the structure, or help a team execute the plan. I am at my best when the work requires both sharp thinking and real output.

I also publish Arkansas Industrial Times, a developing platform focused on business and industry in Arkansas, as an extension of my interest in thought leadership, market insight, and economic growth.

I’m especially interested in opportunities where strategy needs to become something tangible: a clearer market story, a stronger customer experience, a more disciplined operating model, or a practical asset that helps the business move forward.

Let’s create something meaningful together.
